Healthy Orange Creamsicle Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice (your favorite kind)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I prefer Fage 2%)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Dip a spoon in and taste the batter, if you'd like more vanilla flavor add a little more vanilla. If you'd like more orange flavor, I'd recommend adding more orange zest NOT orange juice.

  2. Pour the mixture into each Popsicle mold, leaving at least 1/2 inch of empty space at the top of the mold.

  3. Put your lids on top of each Popsicle mold, and place the Popsicles into your freezer, for at least two hours (or till the Popsicles are frozen entirely).

  4. To eat, remove the Popsicle from the freezer and run it (still in the mold) under warm water for about a minute. This will make the Popsicle easier to remove from the mold!

  5. Devour!
