Orange Ginger Chia Smoothie (dairy-free, vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 Sliced frozen banana
  • 1 Orange, with the peel removed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 coins of fresh ginger (about 1-2 teaspoons)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Devour!

Recipe Notes

*Depending on how much fresh ginger you prefer, I would start small and then add more as you go. I would NOT recommend using ground ginger in this smoothie.
