Homemade, baked Maple Pecan Granola bars are filled with oats, pecans and maple syrup, for a delicious, easy and healthier snack you can make at home. These Maple Pecan Granola Bars are sweet, nutty, and down right addicting!

Can you believe it?! I can’t. When you become an adult time goes twice as fast. And then you have kids, and time goes about ten times faster. So many things to do.. I’m thinking of Christmas gifts, treats, traditions, events.. probably too many things really! 🙂

This year, my parents wanted to do a gift exchange where we draw each other’s names, like a secret Santa, rather than buying gifts for everyone in our family. Now that both of my siblings are married and engaged, and have kids or are expecting, along with my own family of 4, my family is GROWING like crazy.

Secret Santa is a much better option for all of us now, and will be our new extended family tradition.

I have my gifts about half way done already, thanks to black Friday, but the other half I’m a little stumped.

So, while I’m on the hunt for the “just right” Christmas gifts this year, I need fuel. Yes, people, I’m talking about snacks! Like these delicious Maple Pecan Granola Bars. I bet you were wondering where I was going with this, huh? 😉

I mean you can, but it just doesn’t work as well. You better bet I’ll have my fridge stuffed with snacks all throughout the Holiday season to keep the hanger monster away and to keep the Holiday cheer going 😉

These Maple Pecan Granola Bars are stuffed with oats, nuts and maple syrup, making them gluten-free, whole grain and refined sugar-free. Even better? They are baked. It’s nice to have no bake granola bars in the summer, but in the winter I want the oven on, with some sort of delicious smell coming out of it.

Sweet, nutty, easy to make and filled with oats to keep your tummy filled so your Holiday spirit will stay in check 🙂

In need of some other snack inspiration? Check out my Pumpkin Cranberry Granola Bars or Chai Snack Balls.

We’re about a month away from Christmas!

Typically, I just like bringing people food 🙂 that’s my favorite way to show love.

You can’t help others on an empty tank.

These Maple Pecan Granola Bars smell like roasted Holiday nuts baking in your oven.
